Services · North Shore, MA
Everything we do, and honest advice about which of it you need.
Seven services, one question behind all of them: when someone nearby searches for what you sell, do they find you or somebody else? Most businesses need two or three of these, not all seven — and we will tell you which.
Getting found
The three that most local businesses need.
If your budget only stretches to part of this, it stretches to these — in this order.
Google Business Profile
The listing that appears on the map. Three results show before any website does, and most people never scroll past them. Set up once the site is ready to receive the visit.
Profile management →Local SEO
Built around the towns you actually serve, not a fifty-mile radius. Titles that say the name of the place your customer typed. Prices published, not quoted on a call.
See SEO services →Web design
Hand-built sites that load fast and answer the question the visitor arrived with. No page builder, no plugin sprawl, nothing to slow it down.
See web design →Staying visible
The two that keep you in front of people.
Google Ads
Run when paid traffic makes sense for your margins, with honest advice when it does not. Narrow keyword lists, small budgets managed like they matter.
See Google Ads →Social media
Posts in your voice, not agency voice. Consistent enough that a customer checking you out finds a business that is clearly still open.
See social media →Building things
The two for when something needs to exist.
Custom apps
When a client needs something that does not exist yet — a booking flow, a calculator, an internal tool — we build it rather than bolt on a plugin.
App development →AI automation
Give the repetitive work to software and keep your people for the work that needs people. Documents, inboxes, orders, scheduling, reporting.
See AI automation →Products we make ourselves
Two tools we built for our own clients first.
Uniqueme
Pick a theme for the week and get seven posts written, illustrated, scheduled and published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google profile. About five minutes. See Uniqueme.
Website Manager
We move your site onto hand-written HTML, then changes get requested in plain English and reviewed before they publish. Free with an annual SEO contract. See Website Manager.
Where to start
You probably need two of these, not seven.
For most local businesses the order is the same: the website and the service pages first, then the Google profile and the listings, then keep the search work going month after month. The listing points at the site, so the site has to be worth pointing at. Ads and social come after those are working, not instead of them.
If paid ads make no sense for your margins, or a template website would serve you better than a built one, you will hear that before you spend anything.

Common questions
Questions we get asked.
Which service should I start with?
The website and your service pages. The Google listing sends people somewhere, and that somewhere has to answer them — a listing pointing at a page that cannot convert wastes the visit it earned. The listing comes straight after.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Most clients take two or three of these. We would rather tell you which two than sell you seven.
How much does all of this cost?
SEO runs between $2,000 and $5,500 a month depending on your market. The ranges are published on the SEO page. Everything else is quoted after we look at your site.
Do you work outside the North Shore?
Yes. Most clients are here, but we also work with businesses in New Hampshire, Chicago and Florida. Search does not care where the agency sits.
