SEO · Massachusetts

An SEO company in Massachusetts that knows your towns.

Bonbonica works from Swampscott with businesses across the state — the North Shore, Greater Boston, and towns most agencies have never driven through. If your customers are in Massachusetts, we already know how they search.

The work

What SEO in Massachusetts actually means.

A statewide agency and a local one do genuinely different jobs. Here is the local version.

Your towns, named

Someone in Beverly searches differently to someone in Worcester. Pages that name the places you serve rank for them; pages that say "the greater area" rank for nothing.

The map before the website

For most Massachusetts searches, three map results appear before any website does. Your Google listing is often the entire first impression.

One page per thing you sell

A single page covering six services competes for none of them properly. This is where most local sites lose before anything else is even tried.

Titles written to be clicked

Ranking first and getting no clicks is a real and common failure. If the title does not say the town the searcher typed, they scroll past you.

The technical floor

Speed, mobile layout, structured data, pages Google cannot index. Unglamorous, and it decides whether the rest has a chance.

Reporting in plain language

What moved, what did not, what happens next. Real numbers from your own Search Console — the same ones we publish.

Where we work

Local first, but not local only.

The North Shore

Swampscott, Lynn, Salem, Beverly, Peabody, Marblehead, Danvers and the towns around them. This is home and it is where we know the search behavior best.

Greater Boston and Middlesex

Woburn, Wilmington and the corridor north of the city. The same discipline as the North Shore, with a more crowded field — worth knowing before you decide how far to compete. See what the work produced.

The rest of Massachusetts

Local SEO is the same discipline everywhere in the state — the difference is how well anyone knows your towns. We learn them before writing anything.

And beyond

Clients in New Hampshire, Chicago and as far as Florida. Search does not care where the agency sits, and neither do the results.

What clients say

Every review on Google is five stars.

I am very happy with my SEO results. The phone is ringing non-stop and I have had to hire 3 more employees to get the orders out the door in a timely matter.

Who does the work

How the work is staffed.

Maida runs your account herself for the first three months, while the strategy is set and the system is put in place. After that the specialists who carry it forward come in, and she stays on it. The people on your account in month twelve are the people who were on it in month four.

What that buys you is continuity. Nobody inherits your account cold, and nothing gets handed to whoever is free that month. It also means we will tell you when something is not worth doing — easier to say when nobody is chasing a quota.

Massachusetts SEO questions

Questions we get asked.

What does an SEO company in Massachusetts charge?

Between $2,000 and $5,500 a month for most small businesses. The package ranges are published rather than quoted on a call, so you can decide before you speak to anyone.

Do you work outside the North Shore?

Yes. Most clients are on the North Shore, but we work across Massachusetts and beyond — New Hampshire, Chicago and Florida among them. Local SEO is the same discipline everywhere; the difference is how well anyone knows your towns.

How is local SEO different from regular SEO?

Local search puts three map results before any website. So the Google listing matters as much as the site, and your pages have to name the towns you serve — a page that never says Beverly cannot rank for Beverly.

Can you help if I am in Boston?

Yes, but be deliberate about it. Boston is several times more competitive than the North Shore and costs more to compete in. Sometimes it is worth it and sometimes the money is better spent owning your own towns.
